Ingredients
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1-1/4 cups cooked shell pasta
- 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Dressing:
- 1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions:
COMBINE all salad ingredients.
COMBINE all dressing ingredients and BLEND well.
POUR dressing over salad. ADD salt and pepper to taste.TOSS and serve.
